Acting for a fund managed by Hermes, Danesborough Properties has successfully acquired three-purpose built student blocks, known as blocks J, K, & L McMillan Student Village, Greenwich, London SE8.
The three buildings consist of 120-beds arranged in six bedroom cluster flats. The properties are let to the Study Group for a term to expire in September 2034. The price remained confidential.
