Danesborough acted as asset manager for Skelton Group on the above complex which was bought for £18.25m. The site comprises of an estate totalling 95,000 sq.ft of 26 B1 units. We significantly increased the rental income with strong asset management and the property was thereafter sold for a price in excess of £22m.
