Acting on behalf of Corum XL, part of Corum Asset Management, Danesborough Properties is delighted to have acquired the above office building let to Lloyds Bank Group in it’s entirety.
The building is approx 77,000 sq.ft, let for a further 7.3 years remaining, and was acquired at an agreed price of £22.25m.
