Danesborough Properties is delighted to have completed the purchase of Swallow House, Oldbury, which will be placed in the Corum XL fund of Corum Asset Management.
The building is approximately 110,686 sq.ft, and let in its entirety to the AA (Automobile Association) for a further 10 years, at an agreed price of £23.95m.
