Danesborough Properties working jointly with MK2 Real Estate, are delighted to have advised Corum XL, a regulated fund managed by Corum Asset Management, on the purchase of a new built manufacturing and warehouse facility in Hortonwood, Telford.
The acquisition consists of a sale and leaseback for a period of approximately 20 years with Epwin Group plc, at a price of £28m.
