Danesborough acquired this multi let industrial estate on it’s own account in 2003 for a price of £1.5m. The estate was made up of 13 small industrial units, that needed active management to improve the income flow. Within 18 months the income had significantly improved and we sold the estate on for in excess of £2m making a 30% increase in the capital value.
