Acting on behalf of our overseas fund clients, Danesborough acquired this multi storey car park for a price in excess of £9.3m. The car park is let to NCP, together with a parent company guarantee from Parking International Holdings, for a 25 year period, with annual uplifts in line with RPI, and shows an initial return of approximately 6.5% net.
