Danesborough Properties is delighted to have concluded the purchase of The Billiard Factory, Holloway Road, London N7, on behalf of its clients, Fabrix Capital, at a price of £10.25m. The property forms part of a campus site comprising 5 mixed-use buildings extending to 68,000 sq ft.
The site dates back to the 1800s and was formerly an engineering works before becoming a furniture depository and warehousing in the mid 20th century. The site now comprises a mix of warehouse and office space as well as being home to the National Youth Theatre since 1987 whose famous alumni include the likes of Daniel Craig, Idris Elba, Helen Mirren and Kate Winslet as well as musicians such as Ed Sheeran.
